Аж ностальгия нахлынула��.У меня был похожий первый бокс с прошивкой привода lt 2.0,так он не мог прошиться на lt 3.0. Знакомый позже выручил и за условную суму пересадил нормальный привод с трупика.Позже купил элитку с lt 3.0 и с ней проблем не было,правда не читались некоторые диски lt 2.0.Насколько помню на первом боксе было 17000 G и на элитке около 6000 G,задротил нормально��

Это конечно все круто, но больше 2 часов он не проработает, нужно будет опять делать эти махинации по новому. А так было интересно посмотреть на свои старые профили, поиграть и все такое)

Я в одеяло заворачивал работает но дней 10 Потом опять это делал помогало, но опять не надолго раза 3 так и ВСЁ БОЛЬШЕ НИНИ лежит сейчас в тумбочке. Смотрел как-то передачу там термопасту меняли и оживал x-box360 непробовал.
я кстати похожим способом чинил свой ноут году в 9 или 10-ом) Там был плохой припой видоечипа, я разобрал ноут, достал мать, обернул фальгой, и вырезал квадратик над видеокартой(хз зачем фальгой обматывал), разогрел духовку до 250-ти) И сунул туда мать) Чутка потомил и вытащил) Строительного фена не было, на реболд денег не ыло, по этому пользовался вот таким шальным методом)
@ProffessorPwnage Yeah you can, my HDD has just started making funny noises when I try to use it and I get this error code… take the HDD out and it’s all normal. I aint gonna pay the stupid prices that M$ want me to pay for them to look at just my console though!!!
ремонт этой проблемы таким тупым способом лишь отсрочка, НЕ ДЕЛАЙТЕ ТАК НИ КОГДА, после такого ремонта консоль уже точно можно выкинуть на помойку, отвал ГПУ/ЦПУ возможен лишь путем их полной перепайки на дорогом паяльном оборудовании которое есть не в каждой мастерской, можно обратится например в хбокс флеш их канал есть тут на ютубе
хмммм. проц выходит в тротлинг около 100-110 градусов. Безсвинцовый припой плавится минимум при 180. Прогревать чип температурой самого чипа, это конечно советы от бога…. не надо так…. очень повезло, что реально что то починилось, больше удача. Проверьте конденсаторы внутри консоли и просадки по питанию. 8к за ребол с чипом и комплектухой еще мало.
У меня такие же 3 кольца, 4 года назад было, я тогда мелким 2-о классником был, поэтому испугался и сразу выключил бокс. Потом, минут через 5 включил его, там какие-то иероглифы были и кнопка посередине английская, на ней было написано ok, я нажал и бокс запустился. Я НЕ ВРУ, от чего и что это было?И каким образом бокс выжил.
All it that happended is the hard drive got moved around. But it is totally fixable just take your hard drive out and blow into it to get rid of some dust real quick then insert it back in till you hear a click just make sure it is in there good and then it should work if not buy a new Hard Drive

А это перманентный или временный фикс? Я просто сегодня второй раз столкнулся с этой херней. До этого два раза носил в ремонт на сброс, и один раз на замену чипа. Вот спустя полтора года новый чип отказал в работе. Жалко три тысячи снова отдавать..((
you have to unplug the hard drive turn xbox on then turn xbox off plug in hard drive and it should work if not take out hard drive again bang it on a hard surface lightly and do the process over and it should work =)

I am not having a error code E68 appear on my screen, it is just a black screen but a red dot of death does appear of my console LED, I know it is a hard drive issue though because when I remove the hard drive and start up my console it starts without any issues. Will this fix still be useful for me?
E68 ERROR all this means is your control arm is going bad, could already have surface errors or bad sectors on the hard drive from it damaging the platter. Best to get a new hard drive as it’s going bad.
TEMP FIX: Temp fix is unplug everything, turn on xbox see no e68 error, turn off xbox, then plug back in your hard drive to reset the control arm and it should work for a little while until it dies. But get a new hard drive (HDD).
HOW TO FIX: Fixed this problem by getting a different new or used hard drive. Backup your old E68 error (going bad) hard drive and toss it in the garbage!

I have the SLIM XBOX360, this method is not working, But, i looked up to the official website (http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/system/one-flashinglight), And tried Solution no. 2 (Remove the Hard Drive), and then i turn the xbox on (without the internal HDD)… it’s WORKING!
same shit,i went thru every step this guy has,even the transfer cables. to this day cant access hard drive,and it had/has 8 years of games on it. heres a thought. can we Open and Move the game files using Willowtree or a diff Mod program???? if so,we could still save the info off the hard drive. anyone tried that?
People, don’t panic and go out and spend money on a new hard drive or xbox. It is totally unnecessary.
Regardless to what xbox support team says to you, there is a fix. They just want to rape your pockets And could care less about your system and files. Nonetheless, all they want is your money.
Easy fix. Just follow these steps and you’ll be back up-and-running in no time. I just fixed my Xbox 360 slim today. I had the same problem.
1.) Just simply remove the hard drive and turn on the Xbox. When on, Press B to get to the main menu.
2.) With hard drive removed, Go to system settings and update the system.
3.) After update is complete, system should restart to main screen. Go to social (accounts) And download your primary account (sign in with email and password you used to register).
4.) After sign in is successful, keep the system on and simply re-insert the hard drive.
System should automatically restart and red dot and E68 error should be long gone. Try this and let me know if it works.

You CAN play games without a hard drive. Well, at least I can. Also, does anybody know why my xbox will not play movies but sometimes my xbox sees a game as a movie and will do the same thing his does but a white backround screen. Yet works fine after restarting the.system. Plz help.
Hey man. I talked to an Xbox hardware support guy about the same error I was having, and he said that he had an e68 error an that he took his hdd to GameStop and they fixed it for 18 dollars. Well I did the same thing as him and sure enough.. It worked

I’m pretty sure the pins are just pointless. Mine didn’t even have them but after unplugging and repluging the hard drive itself to the casing mine works fine again. Did suck having to buy and wait for the crazy jewish star shaped screw drivers from china.

Anybody else watched countless videos on how to fix this and it still wont work? Foil, tapping it on hard surfaces, letting it sit for a while and even the freezer method doesn’t work. The only thing I haven’t done is thrown it out the window…
My Xbox 360 Elite has a 120 GB hard drive… and it doesn’t have the pins next to the connector. I’m thinking about sticking aluminum foil in random places until something changes. If it works, I’m going to make that my new philosophy for life in general.
im getting the same since the last update if your consoles less than 2 years old do what im goin to do phone xbox quote law in the uk if something is not fit for the purpose for which it was bought they have to replace it with a brand new one thats the law they wont be palming me off with somebody elses repaired console like they do to others trust me dont listen to there bullshit quote law then threaten them with trading standards
My xbox got the E68 to, but my xbox still works when I take out the HDD. So what I want to know if I could just buy another HDD or do I have to send it in for repair. I’ve been hearing you you have to keep the HDD that came with your xbox. Please help.
With my 360, the hard drive simply wasn’t seated on the connection fully. I took it off, booted it w/o the hard drive, then reattached it and rebooted it and the E68 error disappeared. Hopefully that was the only problem, and hopefully that is the case for most of you guys as well.
Just move your hardrive a little bit before you start your Xbox ( push on it do whatever ) It is actually what worked for me. It’s not about starting the xbox without the hardrive then with the hardrive in.

didn’t think it would work, ill be damned if it did work! only took about five minutes put some foil on it hooked it up and bam! only thing that suckes is you have to re-format it to your x-box, in turn losing all your shit! but at least im not out $50 bucks,and thats a good thing cause REACH is calling my name, thanks for the video dude!
If you have a bad HDD, take it out and plug it into your computer. Download MHDD, and boot into it, select your drive and erase delays and then rebuild it.

I used to have an Xbox 360 when I was 10, I still do, but my Xbox one isn’t working so I’m going to hook up the Xbox 360.
My Xbox 360 had NO MALFUNCTIONSRROD OR ERRORS

im getting the same since the last update if your consoles less than 2 years old do what im goin to do phone xbox quote law in the uk if something is not fit for the purpose for which it was bought they have to replace it with a brand new one thats the law they wont be palming me off with somebody elses repaired console like they do to others trust me dont listen to there bullshit quote law then threaten them with trading standards
My xbox got the E68 to, but my xbox still works when I take out the HDD. So what I want to know if I could just buy another HDD or do I have to send it in for repair. I’ve been hearing you you have to keep the HDD that came with your xbox. Please help.
With my 360, the hard drive simply wasn’t seated on the connection fully. I took it off, booted it w/o the hard drive, then reattached it and rebooted it and the E68 error disappeared. Hopefully that was the only problem, and hopefully that is the case for most of you guys as well.
Just move your hardrive a little bit before you start your Xbox ( push on it do whatever ) It is actually what worked for me. It’s not about starting the xbox without the hardrive then with the hardrive in.
ok b4 i try this my 120gb hdd is making a squeaky sound & its got the E 68 unplug the hdd and xbox works fine i need to no is it trash or can i fix this plz help xbox wont help called them they want me 2 pay 150 for a 250 gb and they wont tell me what made this hapn so i can prevnt this if i get a new one
didn’t think it would work, ill be damned if it did work! only took about five minutes put some foil on it hooked it up and bam! only thing that suckes is you have to re-format it to your x-box, in turn losing all your shit! but at least im not out $50 bucks,and thats a good thing cause REACH is calling my name, thanks for the video dude!
If you have a bad HDD, take it out and plug it into your computer. Download MHDD, and boot into it, select your drive and erase delays and then rebuild it.
Works for pretty much all hard drive problems:D
