The twin male counterpart to Latias and the more offensive psychic/dragon has a versatile move pool and becomes a calm minded wrecking ball when equipped with it’s signature item the soul dew. For the soul dew increases both it’s special stats by x1.5(A 50% boost), which mixed with it’s 130 speed make it a dangerous pokemon to face even if you have the level advantage. Also a bastard.

QOTD: What do you think of the millenium wish maker, Jirachi? Now it’s never been confirmed outside of the manga if Jirachi can actually grant wishes, but it’s still one hell of a tough Pokemon! Anyone ever been stuck between a Jirachi and a parahaxed Pokemon? Yeah, you know where I’m coming from then.
