I’d like to say this whole Cheetos thing has gotten out of control, but this recipe not only makes sense to do, but also is a great recipe for mozzarella sticks substituting flaming hot Cheetos in place of Italian bread crumbs. I sure hope you lovely people at home try this one out because it is quite possibly the best mozzarella stick I’ve ever had..

Hot Cheetos Sticks.
225 Calories.
Prep: 5 minutes.
Deep Fry @ 350°F: 2 minutes​, 34 seconds.

Equipment:
• Deep Fryer: http://amzn.to/1MRHIG5.
• Food Processor: http://amzn.to/1M9eyFc.
Ingredients:
• Polly-O String Cheese (Mozzarella).
• Flaming Hot Cheetos.
• Flour.
• Franks Red Hot.
• Eggs.
• Milk.
• Cayenne Pepper.
• Paprika.
• Chili Powder.

Directions:
1.) Grind up Cheetos (Puffs work better).
2.) Dry Mix: 1 Cup Flour, 1 tsp Cayenne, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Chili Powder.
3.) Wet Mix: 1 Egg, 1/2 Cup Milk, 1/4 Cup Franks Red Hot.
4.) Coat Cheese Stick in Dry, then in Wet, back in Dry, back in Wet and then into the Hot Cheetos.
TIP: Don’t touch the Cheese Stick in the Dry Mixture, just move the.
bowl to coat the Cheese Stick.
5.) Freeze these for 30 minutes minimum.
6.) Deep Fry @ 350°F for 2 minutes and 34 seconds.
This should be the perfect amount of time if you’re exactly 350°F.
