In this week’s Tech Tip, Mark discusses how to add Dropbox links directly in an email message, instead of attaching a file.. After adding a file into your Dropbox folder, right-click the file. You will see an option called «Share Dropbox Link» When you click on this, it will copy the link into your clipboard. At that point, you can paste that link into your email program. As a bonus, in Outlook, right-click on the pasted link, choose Edit Hyperlink. Change the Text to Display to whatever you want and that will display a clean link in your email, instead of a bunch of letters and numbers.
