So I’ve been following chloes «abs in 2 weeks» workout these past few days when I realized that there are different challenges that I can participate in… which challenge should I start with (e.g. 2 week shred, 24 hourglass, etc.)?
In 2019 still use this as my single targeting Ab workout, picked one up for 40$ used from using it in the past and seeing results! This main routine is what I primarily use and honestly is all that’s needed, 7 minutes but hits all your target ab muscles and in a comfy chair that allows you to HYPER extend past a 180 degree flat surface, best ever.
if you are seriouse about getting good abs than you would know that you are not supposed to do ab workouts every single day, your muscles would never have time to repair them selves, thus making them stronger. you do abs 2-3 times a week, but between that you do cardio and other muscles and have at least a day to rest

Ive had this for a few years and this is the best ab machine ever.it has gotten fairly easy for me so I use dumb bells and put them on the upper corners of the machine and it burns so much baby its addicting.well worth it.just dnt stretch too far back or your screwed. especially if u add dumbbells
I use one of these almost every day.. AND IT WORKS IF YOU DO WORK. Watch tv while sitting on it, when commercials come on, put in work, do for an hour 5x a week and in 3 months you’ll be looking different.

I started this week.. so is this ok if I did this once in a week like every Saturday or should I have to do it like everyday for seeing the results?

i have abs allready i have been having them sens i play soccer and i train allot. but some one gave me an ab lounge for free..at first i was like i dont need this but if you do it right it actually works it burns an evertthing. but to get good abs you need more then just ab lounge you need good diet you need to run too and situps will do fine as well

Ok so I just did abs workouts two days prior to doing this and I’m still sore from those.. yeah ik im not too smart lol. Anyway I’m updating for 2 weeks everyday! Day 1:planks there’s too many I hate planks also was sore from other workouts but I def felt the burn!
could this be used with straight legs? I am recovering from two accidents and one knee was broken. In a splint now and will be taken off in two weeks more. I don’t know how long before i can bend my knees and need to do ab work before everything goes south as i am used to working out

BOTTOM LINE. 5 minuets on this machine my abs feel much better. There is no gimmick. It is just like doing crunches or situps, but you get the full extension and you’re not laying on the floor. I went to Wal Mart and bought it for 50 dollars. Essembly sucks, but when you do the advance techniques, you really feel your abs working.

I have some work out questions for you. My sister is 55 years old and she has an injured back from a car accident. She was just showing me the AB Lounger that she bought at a yard sale. Can she use it safely and how slow or fast should she start using it? She is a little over weight, like about 50 lbs or so, and she is disabled but would really like to get back in some kind of shape. I ride horses and go fishing and lots of other activities that she just can’t do so her daily exercise routine is getting off the couch and on the couch. If you could give a little advise that would be great. I would like her to be able to ride horses with me again, that would be awesome. Thanks,

i would do ab workouts but I wouldnt spend the money on a machine. lay on the ground on your back and do crunches. that will get you abs. if you really feel it necesary mix it up and do leg lifts or other ab routines but in the end they all work those muscles and will do the same thing. I would spend no more than 20-40 minutes per week on abs. meaning doing 5-10 ab workouts every other day. I do this and I have abs you will too. its not necesary to buy this piece of junk contraption.

I got this 5 years ago and never use it due to chronic back and Fibromyalgia pain. Now I’m 60 years old, got the pain and stress under control and I slowly started to exercise. Since I started using the Ab Lounge last month, I went from 207 lbs to 194 lbs and counting. I recommend it to people who have Osteoarthritis like me and have a hard time going to the floor to do push ups.
Got mine for free! LOL As someone who suffers from degenerative disc disease, osteoarthritis and uneven clavicles due to occupational hazards, something that forces me to stretch and move my abs is A-ok in my book. Can’t say I recommend someone pay $100+ for this unless they have a medial issue where an exercise ball isn’t enough. For me, its easy to «take it easy» using an exercise ball. Where as this pushes me to stretch more. Not for everyone, but it was free. My chiro recommended it and/or an inversion table. This works for what I need it to do.

I bought an exercise ball for $12.00 (more than 10 times less) and can accomplish the exact same workout… an exercise ball allows you to reach the same angles, is substantially cheaper, and can be used for a variety of workouts. Invest in an exercise ball, don’t waste your money on this.
Hi guys.. I took this challenge on august 27th and on september 4th corona attacked me.. I got a shivering fever for one day and had mild symptoms though i didn’t give up. I was keep on doing this along with chloe’s sexy back workout. And before these i use to do her 6 min wormup and brisk walk for 30 min. I took active restday on every thursdays. Trust me guys.. Both workouts helped me to recover easily from covid-19. I had post recovery tiredness only for about a week. After that i got recovered 100%. What i did was sugar diet. I avoided sugar intake in all sides. And had my regular foods intakes. I have lost 3 inches of my waist. And I’m continuing these workouts and adding some more like muffin top 10 min workout. I challeged myself to not giving up. Don’t give up guys. Do consistently. You’ll get better results. Do well.

For the ones saying «You don’t need equipment to get abs»..of course you don’t. However,the ab lounge and other ab machines can take that pressure off of your back. When you do traditional situps on the floor or wherever it does put alot of strain and pressure on your back. The ab lounge is just more comfortable to use.If you can afford one then get it..your back will probably thank you in the end. If you can’t afford one then…just do your situps on the floor and try to stretch every 10 mins.

Ive been using ABL since 2008 it a very comfe work out f,sure. Watched my diet cutting out fats,took B complex/ B12 vitamins, drank only water, 1000 crunches a day on ABL & stretches. working out everyday doing the same exercise everyday won’t get you any results. I’d advise you to use the ab lounge maybe every other day for a set time limit (half an hour maybe) so that you can get a good workout not just for a certain number of reps. I have it and it really does work.

I was thinking of getting this. does it work good? I have ripped my rotater cuff twice on my right side (shoulder) so i have trouble doing crunches/ect it pulls that shoulder. i think this might stretch me a lot more

i have abs allready i have been having them sens i play soccer and i train allot. but some one gave me an ab lounge for free..at first i was like i dont need this but if you do it right it actually works it burns an evertthing. but to get good abs you need more then just ab lounge you need good diet you need to run too and situps will do fine as well

could this be used with straight legs? I am recovering from two accidents and one knee was broken. In a splint now and will be taken off in two weeks more. I don’t know how long before i can bend my knees and need to do ab work before everything goes south as i am used to working out

Результата не будет так как я этот челлендж использовала ради улучшения жизни.(просто раньше я пыталась похудеть и все время бросала так как не видела моментального результата, и чтобы не забросить этот челлендж я решила его выполнить ради себя просто так чтобы наслаждаться собой.

BOTTOM LINE. 5 minuets on this machine my abs feel much better. There is no gimmick. It is just like doing crunches or situps, but you get the full extension and you’re not laying on the floor. I went to Wal Mart and bought it for 50 dollars. Essembly sucks, but when you do the advance techniques, you really feel your abs working.

I have some work out questions for you. My sister is 55 years old and she has an injured back from a car accident. She was just showing me the AB Lounger that she bought at a yard sale. Can she use it safely and how slow or fast should she start using it? She is a little over weight, like about 50 lbs or so, and she is disabled but would really like to get back in some kind of shape. I ride horses and go fishing and lots of other activities that she just can’t do so her daily exercise routine is getting off the couch and on the couch. If you could give a little advise that would be great. I would like her to be able to ride horses with me again, that would be awesome. Thanks,

i would do ab workouts but I wouldnt spend the money on a machine. lay on the ground on your back and do crunches. that will get you abs. if you really feel it necesary mix it up and do leg lifts or other ab routines but in the end they all work those muscles and will do the same thing. I would spend no more than 20-40 minutes per week on abs. meaning doing 5-10 ab workouts every other day. I do this and I have abs you will too. its not necesary to buy this piece of junk contraption.

I got this 5 years ago and never use it due to chronic back and Fibromyalgia pain. Now I’m 60 years old, got the pain and stress under control and I slowly started to exercise. Since I started using the Ab Lounge last month, I went from 207 lbs to 194 lbs and counting. I recommend it to people who have Osteoarthritis like me and have a hard time going to the floor to do push ups.
Got mine for free! LOL As someone who suffers from degenerative disc disease, osteoarthritis and uneven clavicles due to occupational hazards, something that forces me to stretch and move my abs is A-ok in my book. Can’t say I recommend someone pay $100+ for this unless they have a medial issue where an exercise ball isn’t enough. For me, its easy to «take it easy» using an exercise ball. Where as this pushes me to stretch more. Not for everyone, but it was free. My chiro recommended it and/or an inversion table. This works for what I need it to do.

I bought an exercise ball for $12.00 (more than 10 times less) and can accomplish the exact same workout… an exercise ball allows you to reach the same angles, is substantially cheaper, and can be used for a variety of workouts. Invest in an exercise ball, don’t waste your money on this.
Hi guys.. I took this challenge on august 27th and on september 4th corona attacked me.. I got a shivering fever for one day and had mild symptoms though i didn’t give up. I was keep on doing this along with chloe’s sexy back workout. And before these i use to do her 6 min wormup and brisk walk for 30 min. I took active restday on every thursdays. Trust me guys.. Both workouts helped me to recover easily from covid-19. I had post recovery tiredness only for about a week. After that i got recovered 100%. What i did was sugar diet. I avoided sugar intake in all sides. And had my regular foods intakes. I have lost 3 inches of my waist. And I’m continuing these workouts and adding some more like muffin top 10 min workout. I challeged myself to not giving up. Don’t give up guys. Do consistently. You’ll get better results. Do well.

For the ones saying «You don’t need equipment to get abs»..of course you don’t. However,the ab lounge and other ab machines can take that pressure off of your back. When you do traditional situps on the floor or wherever it does put alot of strain and pressure on your back. The ab lounge is just more comfortable to use.If you can afford one then get it..your back will probably thank you in the end. If you can’t afford one then…just do your situps on the floor and try to stretch every 10 mins.

Ive been using ABL since 2008 it a very comfe work out f,sure.
Watched my diet cutting out fats,took B complex/ B12 vitamins, drank only water, 1000 crunches a day on ABL & stretches.
I’m 6,2 After 3 months of that combo I went form 210 to 175lbs, 36″ waste to 32″ abs had definition great mussel gained in upper body.
Day 10 and I am enjoying this so much more than the gym. First of all no mask, second no chill after leaving gym and third no gym members who go to the gym coughing their heads off. Win win with you. Results are proceeding lovely.
working out everyday doing the same exercise everyday won’t get you any results. I’d advise you to use the ab lounge maybe every other day for a set time limit (half an hour maybe) so that you can get a good workout not just for a certain number of reps. I have it and it really does work.

The obvious answer is that almost anything you would do to work on toning your abs should help unless there’s an underlying medical reason your stomach is larger than you’d like. Please ask for guidance from your physician with your parents’ help and cooperation. Congratulations for being in shape at your young age. It’s much better training for being a fit and healthy adult.

I guess do the ab lounge, 500 reps, and do planks… and leg raises, crunches though the ab lounge is suppose to be more effective than crunches when used 500 times a day lol.

dont give credit to the Ab lounge if you hit the weights and eat right in combination to using this contraption and see some results. of course you will lose weight and gain muscle by eating right working out. If you want to get visible abs (and I say «visible» because everyone has abs theyre just under a layer of fat) all you need to do is create a healthy calorie deficit,
The Ab lounge is very effective. You can find them on ebay. I purchased it when it 1st came out. You have to eat a healthy diet. It got my stomach back flat after having kids. I’m never getting rid of mine.

i used one once i was on it for 5 minutes and it fucked my muscle on my lower back. i wasent going over the top just went slowly.that was about 8 months ago i still have lower muscle back problems today.

Or, you can get your lazy ass to do some crunches. Its been scientifically proven that this sack of crap does not work better than plain old crunches and situps. Maybe for a person with a bad back, but the hyper-extension going back will ruin your shit for life if you have a bad back.
