  • So I started her abs workout like 5 months ago. I was the most lazy person on the earth. But since I have started working out I definitely feel much stronger and fitter. This workout is actually very very helpful. My whole body is at a different level now. I completely agree that your body just gives up at the beginning and its hard to get up but just push you self and after like 5/6 days you feel like working out guys

  • can we just appreciate how in a time of such darkness, this community has managed to create such a loving and optimistic side of things. we’re in the middle of a literal pandemic worldwide but people have taken up the task to reinvent themselves into a healthier, happier version and we’re all on here supporting each other. it makes me so happy because our society is so harmful and it gives hope that there really are wonderful people in this world which also means that we have a chance to have a better, kinder society sometime in the future. keep going people, i love you <3

  • It’s 8:28 am here in Mescalero New Mexico today is 9/20/2020 and I just did my first challenge start weight is 202.8.. it was great.. I’m very camera shy so I’m not sure if I’ll be posting on my up date via video.. but I’m happy I did the video.. yay.. come on all you beautiful people let’s be healthy together..     I wanna know your opinion..
    I am 14 year old and I am 5 feet 5 inches..I weigh around 58.5 kg..
    So I have been trying to loss weight but then I lose all my hopes again and again..
    When I see my body I feel it is a bit fat but then I see many girls so much fatter than me and they don’t really care about that..
    So What do I do?.
    Am I a obese or overweight?.
    Or should I let it go on its own..your opinion matter a lot..so plzz do help me..

  • Hi i’m a mom of 2, my youngest is 1y6mo. I’ve been struggling with my weight since l gave birth. I will lose a lot but then l binge eating and gained so many kilos. I’ve started consistent daily workout since early Aug and l decided to try this workout for 14 days. I have some rest days but then l replaced it at the end. I did not do her abs programme but only this video on top of my daily workout routine which consist of hiit workout, legs workout, and also some abs workout. I did not have any particular diet. I ate everything including ice creams, cakes, sweet drinks, sodas, etc. But in controlled portion. Some days i tried to have dinner at 7pm and stop taking any more foods, only americano with no sugar. So here’s my results.

    (This measurement is taken on my first day of period so i’m a bit bloated).

    At the end, l did get 11 abs lines and blurred middle line. I’ll continue doing her workouts and also Lucy’s workout, they’re my fav ❤��

  • Im doing the hourglass challenge wish me luck!!
    Back story:
    In the last 4yrs i have spent making babies as my first bubba passed away after birth so we had another one 18months later and cause we felt guilt that he will never meet his older brother we had another one 18months later and now i have two healthy beautiful boys. We are good for now and i can finally spend time taking care and properly strengthening my body and learning to love it again ��
    So hopefully if I survive this challenge �� i will continue it for as long as i can because even though it’s deadly, it is so much fun and feels really good afterwards ����.

  • The exercise is very difficult but worth every minute even for guys. started seeing huge changes after two weeks…. Thanks but damn this chick is doing it non stop while I be giving up, on completing some of them….Honestly, I respect the dedication thanks a lot for the helpful video.

  • I got 14 of no school so Imma do this challenge and play basketball 3-4 times a week and I will actually update (mind yall I’m doing the whole shred challenge of 2019)

    D1: the hiit one made me sweat so much and it’s actually so much fun, I hate the planks doe cuz they kill me like damn-

  • Okay..so i just wanted to let it out..
    It’s been 4 months since i started working out.. religiously..
    Today i saw someone with a thousand times better results than mine..she literally dropped half of her body fat..and here i am..after all that hard work..still trying to figure out why i can’t see results..
    I think I should just stop having unrealistic expectations..I’ve removed everything sleeveless or fitted or off shoulder or short..from my shopping wishlist..I don’t think I can ever look good in them..
    Maybe I should just focus on my career.. that’s the only thing I can do something about..
    And about loving my body..no I don’t..and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to do this..
    Sorry for the negativity..I just couldn’t share this with anyone else..so I put this here..
